PatientGrades
Empowering Providers. Protecting Practices.
- Review the Pricing and Features page to determine what is best for your workflow
- Pro Plan w/ ActiveAlert is integrated into your EMR for ease of access but also to alert your front office staff of patient ratings before they establish as a new patient
- Providers will be identified and verified through the ID.me platform (this keeps unauthorized persons and patients from accessing the provider-only platform)
- Once your account is made, the Provider will have Admin rights to their PatientGrades Team Dashboard
- The Team Dashboard will be the hub for the Provider to add select Delegates and track details of star ratings
- The Provider and Delegates will access the HIPAA-compliant, encrypted database of patients to reivew their 5-star rating and to rate patients. The Provider will confirm any ratings entered by the Delegates.
- Just like any 5-star rating system, rate the patient on punctuality, respect for you and your staff, compliance with treatment plan, payment of services, etc.
- The patient's star rating is an average of all star rating from all healthcare providers who participate in the PatientGrades platform
- To maintain HIPAA compliance, neither you nor your office's information is linked to the star ratings
- If you release a patient from your practice, then the lowest rating of 1-star is given and there is a dropdown menu of why that patient was released
- If a patient has been released from a practice, then healthcare offices with ActiveAlert will be alerted of such release and why at the time of new patient appointment booking to allow the provider to review the case and make the decision to see the patient or forgo establishing a patient-physician relationship
- Patients will know your office participates in PatientGrades as your office supplied each year with signage for your front entrance and check-in desk as well as a PatientGrades logo download for your website
- The more you participate in rating your patients, the more you will see patient behavior change as they know they are being rated!
