What is the pricing model for your service?
We charge based on the number of full-time equivalent (FTE) medical providers
(e.g., physicians, dentists, specialists) in your practice. This makes it fair and scalable
for practices of all sizes.
Who counts as a billable FTE provider?
Only licensed medical professionals who:
- See patients
- Submit or view patient ratings
- Rely on the Active Alert system
Examples of billable providers:
MDs, DOs, DDS, DMDs, NPs, PAs, etc.
Staff such as front-desk personnel, nurses,
Office managers are NOT billed and
are included in your plan.
How do you define an FTE (Full-Time Equivalent)?
- 1.0 FTE = Full-time provider
- 0.5 FTE = Part-time provider (working approximately 20 hours/week)
We’ll guide you through this during onboarding to ensure accurate billing.
Can my whole team access the platform?
- Yes! Each FTE provider includes unlimited designated staff logins at no additional
cost. This includes front office, billing, nurses, and other administrative roles.
Is your platform HIPAA-compliant?
Absolutely. We use HIPAA-compliant encryption and access protocols. Only verified
medical professionals and authorized staff can access patient behavior ratings.
Are there any setup or integration fees?
We offer out-of-the-box EMR integration with supported systems. For custom EMR
setups, there’s a one-time $250 integration fee.
